There are lots of things in this world that I want to be thick. My hair. My wallet. And a new reporter’s notebook where I can take travel notes.

Also falling into this category is yogurt. It used to be that yogurt was kind of watery and liquid, and almost soupy. Until now. The smart folks at Dannon Light & Fit have created a delicious THICK yogurt that is a delicious as its regular Light & Fit – but they have done it one better. I’m a health-obsessed travel writer and beauty writer, and I love to eat protein-packed snacks, and Dannon’s new Greek yogurt perfectly fills the bill. It fills you up but not out.
