Advanced Mineral Makeup Is Fabulous Foundation

Have you ever applied makeup foundation, and disappointingly, discovered it to be way too thick?
I’ve had this problem for years. No matter how puny a portion I put on my little pudding face, traditional foundation that I have used always looks thick and powdery. I’ve been searching for years for some type of beautifying base makeup that looks natural and fresh while still perfecting my skin.
I found it today with Advanced Mineral Makeup. Launched in 2009 — how was this never on my radar screen? — Advanced Mineral Makeup was founded by TV and film makeup artist Annie Mayo. She creates her products with the purest pharmaceutical ingredients that are free of parabens, talc, fragrance and dyes. As a result, this luxurious line has become one of the top endorsed lines of mineral makeup for celebrities — and mere mortals. It offers easy, buildable coverage — I’ll vouch for that — and it’s as light as air, and even offers broad spectrum sun protection.
The Liquid Foundation — mine is in the color of creme brulee — is transfer-proof, fade-resistant, and it lasts all day without touch-ups. The weightless coverage is also anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory. Believe it or not, it also boosts cell growth and rejuvenates tired skin.
After I applied it — along with the perfecting concealer in beige cream, my skin looked completely luminous. My own skin shone through, and nothing was cakey, or felt like a mask. I loved it. I’m sailing on Azamara Club Cruises in two months, and this shall be my go-to gorgeous makeup that I won’t set sail without.
The line also includes shadows and blushes, eye and lip liners (with no parabens, petroleum, phthalates, mineral oils and other harmful toxins) plus lipstick and lipgloss. Advanced Mineral Makeup is one of my best travel tips ever.
